“If you pay your players well, you will get the best out of f them”
The management committee was drafted in by the State Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu at the tale end of the season for what was tagged “a rescue mission”, which they did successfully with the help of some seasons’ football administrators in the state, after the previous management lost focus and team was clutching to irredeemable end.
“We thanked God for weathering the storm and came out of the red zone last season”.
The General Secretary pleaded with the management committee to ensure they recruit quality players for the team as preparation for the coming season have begun.
He added “that no doubt that some players will leave the club while some will stay, but we must replace any of them that left with quality players in the league.
We need players that will deliver for us , we want to play in the continental next season,” he said.
