WABMA trains southwest journalists on election reporting, fact checking ahead 2023 polls

Fake news, misinformation , ethnicity and religious conflicts among other factors have been identified as major threats to the 2023 general Elections

In a bid to address these salient issues a two day workshop for Journalists on Election reporting was held in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital

OSRC’s Juliet Buna reports that the training which aimed at equipping Journalists ahead the 2023 general elections was organised by the West Africa Broadcasting Media Academy(WABMA) also had in attendance representatives from the OSRC Media group.
