Super Six: Sunshine Stars, Remo Stars encounter highly tactical– Agoye

Sunshine Stars Coach, Edith Agoye has described his side third match in the ongoing Nigeria Premier League Super six competition as a tactical encounter, rued many chances by his players.

He said Sunshine Stars drew a tactical and disciplined side, saying it showed his team’s seriousness in achieving something meaningful.

Agoye stated this after Sunshine Stars shares spoils with Remo Stars in local derby played at the,Mobolaji Johnson stadium, Onikan Stadium Lagos, State.

He added that it’s not yet over for his side as far as the competition is concerned, adding that they will set their eyes on their next match against Enyimba Football Club of Aba.

Sunshine Stars result put on 5th position on the log with two points from three matches.

Sunshine Stars FC had  played a one all draw with Remo Stars in the third match of Nigeria Premier League Super six playoffs competition.

 Samson Anaekwe scored in the 15th minute to give Remo the lead from a set piece . While Lucky Gyang restored parity for Sunshine Stars in 47th minute .

Sunshine Stars goal keeper, Mustapha Lawal was in right position to save his side with his sides’ sterling performance in the encounter.
