EID-AL-ADHA: OSEPA Congratulates Muslim Faithful in Ondo State
……Calls for proper disposal of Plastic Wastes to forestall Environmental Pollution and enhance the quality of human lives.
The Ondo State Environmental Protection Agency (OSEPA) through the Special Adviser to the State Governor on Environment, Hon. Oyeniyi Oseni, has felicitated the good people of Ondo State, most especially the Muslims as they celebrate this year’s Eid-AL-ADHA, urging them to imbibe the right environmental attitudes as they mark the celebration.
In a congratulatory message signed by the Acting Permanent Secretary of OSEPA, Princess Korede Giwa, the Special Adviser equally called on the residents of the State to shun poor attitude of disposing plastic waste indiscriminately, saying this will further nip in the bud environmental challenges bedeviling some residents of the State.
Furthermore, the Special Adviser called on Muslim Faithful to use this period of Eid-Kabir to pray for quick recovery of Mr. Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN CON and Ondo State in general.
As Muslims in Ondo State celebrate the great virtues of obedience, sacrifice and faith of the holy Prophet, they are enjoined to make the environment clean, healthy and pollution-free, this season and always. Happy Eid-Al-ADHA, Barka De Salah!
