This is contained in a press statement issued by his media Adviser Adekunle Adewumi and available to SUNSHINETRUTH News.

“It is with a heavy heart that I extend my deepest sympathies and condolences to each one of you, mourning the loss of our beloved Governor, Arákùnrin Oluwatimi Odunayo Akeredolu. His passing has left an immense void, depriving us of an honest, principled leader who was held in high regard and affection by all.”

The statement adds: ” Governor Akeredolu’s life was marked by an unwavering commitment to the welfare and progress of Ondo State. His integrity, dedication, and passion for the betterment of our region were truly remarkable.

“His vision was exemplified by the establishment of the Amotekun Corps, a significant milestone in securing lives and fostering prosperity across the entire South West region. This landmark achievement will resonate through history, a testament to his profound impact on our state.”

The Ifedore born-politician charged Ondo State indigenes to find succour in the legacies he left “His passing leaves us with a profound sense of loss, but let us find solace in cherishing the legacy he leaves behind.

“As we mourn this irreplaceable loss, may we take comfort in the memories of his remarkable leadership, compassion, and the positive transformations he brought to our beloved state.”
