Akeredolu’s death: A pill too bitter to swallow —Senator Ipinsagba

The Senator Representing Ondo North Senatorial District and the Chairman Senate Committee on Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Olajide Ipinsagba, has described Governor Akeredolu’s death as a rude shock and a pill too bitter to swallow.

Senator Ipinsagba in a condolence message by his Media Aide, Prince Adeyinka Ajagunna, said “The news of Governor Akeredolu’s death remains an unpleasant reality, but who are we (mortals) to question our creator whenever he calls us home”.

He described Akeredolu as a straightforward leader who is always bold to make his stands known on all issues.

According to him, Late Governor Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu’s impact has been felt within and outside Ondo State, which is an established fact that he lived a successful and fulfilled life.

“Akeredolu has already been written his name on the sand of time as a Fearless fighter, Voice of the Voiceless, lover of justice and humanity, who will be greatly missed”.

“And to the families, friends, political allies and Ondo State citizens at large, let us take heart as God giveth and taketh, infact we should also be thankful for a life well spent by our Dearest Aketi. To our Amiable Acting Governor, Hon Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa, kindly accept my condolences and I pray may the good Lord journey with you as you pilot the affairs of the state to a greater destination”.
