Hon. Borokini pays Condolence Visit to Aiyedatiwa, laments Akeredolu’s passage

The former House of Assembly Member, Hon Simeon Toluwani Borokini has paid a condolence visit to the Governor of Ondo state, Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on the passing of Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu SAN, CON.

Borokini during the visit reflected on the life and times of the immediate past Governor of Ondo state who released himself for meritorious service in the state and etched his name on the golden slate through his commitment to state’s developmental projects, security and boldness in fronting national course.

“The priority Arakunrin Akeredolu placed on security of the state will never be forgotten not just in Ondo state but entire Southwest states. If not any other thing, anytime Amotekun is mentioned, the name Akeredolu will always ring a bell in the mind of many. Amotekun was birthed and nurtured by this great visionary leader.”

Describing his death as a colossal loss to not just the state but entire country, Hon Borokini expressed confidence in the soothing relief and comfort the legacies of Late Arakunrin Akeredolu will give the grieving state at a moment like this.

“Arakunrin Akeredolu’s legacy of compassion, integrity, and vision will continue to inspire generations. My heartfelt condolences to the immediate family, friends, the state and all who mourn this colossal loss of our own “Mr Talk and Do” . Governor Akeredolu will be dearly missed and his impact on our lives remains indelible.”

He wishes Governor Aiyedatiwa a tenure marked with greater achievements for the good people of Ondo state.
