31st December, 2023

His Excellency, Governor, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, The Executive Governor of Ondo State

Dear sir,

Commiseration on the Demise of Former Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu – CON, SAN

With deep sorrow and profound grief, the Elders Council, the Mission Board, the Executive Council and the entire congregation of Nasrul-lahi-L-Fathi (NASFAT) Society, Akure Branch Commiserate with you on the loss of our former Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu – CON, SAN

Our former Governor was known to be people-oriented and worked so hard to bring dividends of democracy and ease of life, in all ramifications to the people of the state.

His commitment, passion and dedication to ensuring that our state is habitable for all residents without fear or trepidation was second to none.

Worthy of note was his array of programmes with the Muslim community, especially his forthright fellowship with the community during our annual fasting in the month of Ramadan.

We pray that Almighty Allah grants his soul eternal repose and grants all of us, most especially his families the fortitude to bear his loss.

We also wish to use the opportunity to congratulate you on your ascension into the office of the Governor. We pray that Almighty Allah gives you the wisdom, courage and will to continue to steer the affairs of the state in the right direction.

Maa Salam
