New Year: Gov. Aiyedatiwa should give top priority to workers’ welfare —Ondo JNC, NCSU Chairman, Ademola urges

AN ODE OF HOPE AND UNITY FOR THE PEOPLE OF ONDO STATE IN THE NEW YEAR

The Nigeria Civil Service Union, (NCSU) led by Comrade (Prince) Olapade Ademola Adeniji expresses his sincerest congratulations to the workers and people of Ondo State as we celebrate the start of the New Year.

In his message, Comrade Ademola offered thanks and praise to God for bringing us safely into the New Year. He reflected on the challenges we faced in the previous year, and expressed gratitude for the blessings and opportunities the New Year may bring.

He acknowledged that the year 2023 was a challenging one for workers and Ondo State residents in general, due to the economic difficulties brought about by the the naira redesign and the removal of fuel subsidies by the federal government. He offered his sympathies to those who were impacted by these events, and urged all to persevere in the face of adversity.

He suggested that the government should consult with stakeholders when developing and implementing policies, so that they can make a positive difference in the lives of the people.

He believes that policies should be made with the best interests of the people in mind, and that consultation with those who will be affected by them is essential.

Comrade Ademola also expressed his admiration for the workers who have shown remarkable strength and perseverance in the face of these difficulties. He praised their commitment to their work and dedication to their country, even in the most trying of circumstances.

He encouraged everyone to remain strong and united in the coming year, so that we can continue to progress and overcome any challenges that may come our way.

He expressed hope that the year 2024 will be a time of prosperity and healing for all. He encouraged everyone to place their faith in God and to act with integrity and good intentions, so that we can all work together to improve the lives of our fellow citizens.

He believes that by doing the right thing at the right time, we can build a brighter future for our dear State. He called on everyone to keep hope alive and to never give up on our shared dream.

He also expresses his gratitude to the government for its efforts to develop the state and improve the lives of its citizens. He appreciates the work that has been done so far, and he look forward to even more progress in the future.

He believes that the new governor can build upon the successes of his predecessors and make our State an even better place to live and work. He has confident that with his leadership, we can make great strides in the coming years.

Comrade Ademola encourages the new governor, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa to place great importance on improving the lives of workers in the state. He should strive to make decisions that will positively impact their working conditions and overall quality of life. The Governor should remember that they (workers) are the backbone of the State, and their well-being should be a major focus of his leadership. May he set an example of how to create a better future for all.

He expresses his optimism for the future of Ondo State believing that with hard work, perseverance, and commitment to doing what’s right, we can create a brighter future for our dear Sunshine State. He urges everyone to stay hopeful and to work together for the good of all.
