Akeredolu’s Burial: Hon. Omowunmi Pays last Respect, Says ‘It is a Personal Loss of a Boss and a Father’

says Ondo State People will forever miss him

All Progressive Congress (APC) chieftain and former State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, Hon. (Princess) Omowunmi Olatunji-Ohwovoriole today paid her last respect to late Governor Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu SAN, CON as Vice President, Senator Kashim Shettima on Friday joined Ondo State Governor, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, other State Governors, former governors and prominent Nigerians at the funeral ceremony in Owo.

The Akure Princess who said late Gov. Akeredolu will be greatly missed also used the opportunity to express condolence to the immediate family and the people of the state.

According to her, AKETI’s death is an irreparable loss to Ondo State people and Nigerians at large.

She also prayed God to grant his immediate family most especially the wife, Her Excellency Arabinrin Betty Anyanwu- Akeredolu the fortitude to bear the loss as his death has left a big vacuum.

“No one prays to lose a loved one and the news of his death has been particularly devastating but who are we to question God”. She added.

Also in attendance were all Southern Governors, members of the National and State Assemblies, among other political office holders and body of benchers.
