Today marked a historic day for the Lucky Aiyedatiwa Campaign Organization (LACO) as foot soldiers from the Akoko Southwest chapter were inaugurated in a vibrant ceremony held in Oka Akoko. The event drew an overwhelming crowd, filling the hall with LACO soldiers representing all 15 wards in Akoko Southwest LG.
The inauguration ceremony witnessed the swearing-in of unit coordinators, ward coordinators, LG coordinators, and street captains, all of whom pledged their dedication to promoting the ideals of Governor Aiyedatiwa. The convener of the organization, Hon Dr. Dipo Okeyomi, graced the occasion alongside other esteemed guests, including Laco DG Hon Saka Ogunleye, LG director Hon Ajobiewe David, State Director of Women Affairs – Hon. Mrs. Fola Vincent, State Director of Security – Hon. Gbenga Atiba, State Director of Legal – Hon. Olu Akinola, General Secretary, Barrister Tolu Babaleye, State Deputy Director, Deputy Director on Union Matter; Hon Boye Ologbese, Deputy DG North – Hon. Bisi Ogungbemi and many and many others LACO officers.
In his welcome address, Hon Ajobiewe David urged the foot soldiers to be dedicated, emphasizing the importance of spreading Governor Aiyedatiwa’s message among the masses.
He encouraged them to actively engage with the community and work towards multiplying their efforts to support the governor.
AJOBIEWE extends appreciation to some LACO’s leaders who made the event colorful with their generosity contributions; influential leaders in Akoko Southwest like, Hon Victor Olabimtan, Hon Ade Adeogun, Hon Gbenga Atiba, Hon Adeyeri Stephen, Hon Dare Emiola, Hon Boye Ologbese, Hon Johnson Alabi, Barrister Pedro Olukayode, and Prince Bamiduro were acknowledged and appreciated.
Distinguished APC leaders, including Hon Donald Ologbese, Pa L I A Rogbitan, Dr. Mrs. Omoniyi, Mrs. Omiyeniyi, Hon Wale Akinlosotu, Mrs. Okoli (APC Women Leaders), Elder SK Faborode, Hon Ware; PA to Senator Ipinsagba. All the 105 Leaders/Elders Council, APC ward chairmen, and some councillors were among the honored guests at the event.
The ceremony further highlighted the presence of Iyaloja members across Ondo North and other notable figures such as Mr. ALIU Aruna, Mr. AYO AJANA, Prince Bamiduro, Alh JAMIU Ilesanmi, Hon Abe Monday, Hon Sunmonu, Hon Akinwunmi, who added to the jubilant atmosphere.
During the vote of thanks, Convener Hon Dipo expressed gratitude for everyone’s dedication and assured that Governor Aiyedatiwa would emerge victorious in the primary election, having been endorsed by God and notable APC leaders.
The colorful event concluded with cheers and chants of “Aiyedatiwa!! Aiyedatiwa!!” echoing through the air, leaving everyone in high spirits.
