Massive turnout in Idanre as Hon. Adefisoye holds declaration rally for Aiyedatiwa

The rocky city of Idanre stood still on Thursday, March 28, 2024 as the Adefisoye Political Family officially declared support for the governorship aspiration of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa.

The official declaration for Aiyedatiwa was held at the Idanre APC Secretariat and it was well attended by party members, traders, artisans, commercial drivers, okada riders and religious leaders.

Speaking at the event, Hon. Tajudeen Adefisoye, who was also convener urged all members of APC in Idanre to mobilize maximum support for Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa ahead of the governorship primary election scheduled for April 20, 2024.

Speaking further, Adefisoye, assured of the imminent emergence of a new party leadership in Idanre that would carry all members of the APC along. He also assured the tumultuous crowd that Governor Aiyedatiwa would fix all the rural roads in Idanre.

Small Alhaji also assured APC supporters in Idanre that Governor Aiyedatiwa would ensure even, fair and equitable distribution of appointments amongst leaders and members of the party.

He also emphatically assured the crowd that Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa would record a landslide victory in both the primary and general elections in Idanre Local Government Area.

Adefisoye, lamented that APC had failed to win National Assembly election in Idanre since year 2025; but promised to reverse the trend. He equally assured that strenuous efforts would be made to unite all members of APC in Idanre after the primary election.

“I want to assure you that by the grace of God, Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa will win the primary election of next month. I am also very sure that he will record landslide victory in both the primary and general elections in Idanre. Please, don’t fight other members of APC that are now supporting other APC aspirants. They are your brothers and sisters and we are all one big APC family. But those that are supporting governorship aspirants of the opposition parties are our political opponents”.

Adefisoye stressed that his support for Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa was informed by the performance record, leadership qualities and qualifications of the governor.
