The present administration is poised to complete the ongoing public building projects in Ondo State in record time and make the state the cynosure of all eyes in terms of aesthetic beauty.
The Ondo State Commissioner for Lands and Housing, Akogun Akinwunmi Sowore made this known in Akure during a meeting the contractors and consultants handling various public buildings in the state.
Akogun Sowore, who said the meeting became imperative for him to know the status, challenges and progress of all the ongoing building projects in the state with a view to fast track prompt delivery.
He implored the contractors to honour the trust and confidence reposed in them by the state government and thereby put all hands on deck in order to execute the projects on time and promised to proffer solutions the challenges being faced by them
While assuring them of maximum support and cooperation of the government, the Commissioner commended those who have done well and encouraged those lagging behind to brace up and do the job as expected.
The Contractors, who enumerated some of the challenges being in the course of the jobs, appreciated the government for their patronage and concern.
They promised to put in their best for the buildings to be delivered in a record time.
