Ondo North youths stakeholders stormed Akure, the state capital on Wednesday, 24th of April in a meeting with Dr Olubunmi Ademosu Williams, former Special Adviser to Ondo State Government on Intergovernmental Relations.
The youths leaders from all the six local government areas of Ondo North Senatorial District deemed it fit to appreciate Dr Olubunmi Ademosu for her impactful contributions to the immediate past Oluwarotimi Akeredolu led government.
The youths that were well received and hosted as kings and queens used the medium to express their appreciation for how she used the opportunity offered her in the interest of the good people of Ondo State, especially in building young people.
Comrade Nurudeen Ayoola, Vice President, Ondo State Liberal Youths appreciates her for using NSIP, the federal government program under her supervision to better many lives in Ondo State.
Thanking her for the audience despite short notice about the meeting, Kolade Joseph, the convener of the meeting expressed no surprise on the kings reception she offered us as that is her person. `She always love seeing people around her, especially, youths’.
Bakare Ibrahim (Abobo), Johnson Olusola, Akoko SW Liberal Youth Coordinator, Dauda Oluwasegun, Ondo Youths Network North Coordinator, Alabi Olabode, President, Akoko Northwest Youth Forum, Olawale Ameen, Owo/Ose Liberal Youths Alliance Coordinator, Bello Ezekiel, Jakande Lateef and many other stakeholders registered their appreciation and extolled the personality of Dr Olubunmi Ademosu. While praying for her for greater opportunities to serve and impact lives, they however seek for her more cordial relationship with Ondo North Senatorial youths.
In her reaction, Hon Dr Olubunmi Ademosu expressed her joy and appreciation to the youths for coming all the way from their local governments to have a family meeting with her.
In her word “I am humbled and I don’t know where to start from. When Kolade called me about two days ago and said Ondo North Youths want to meet me. I asked him, hope I am safe before I consented. But honestly, I’m humbled with your numbers all the way from Akokos, Owo and Ose. Thank you for coming”
She extolled the good virtues of Ondo North people, especially people she has worked with from Akoko for their honesty, loyalty and trustworthiness.
“Forget that I am from the Central Senatorial District, I am for everyone. I am ready to increase my relationship with you. Knowing fully well that I am not contesting any election, yet you choose to identify with me. I really value it and I won’t take it for granted” she said.
She thanked God for the opportunity she had to serve and however rounded up with a song that indicates only God enthrones and promotes people.
