We believe the humble citizens of Ilara-mokin will know that their Royal Father’s and highly respected philanthropist, leaders across IFEDORE local government will not lead a crew to the seat of power of the state unless to solicit for his subjects and to seek for their well-being.
We read with utter dismay and shock the unguarded outburst of Honourable Tope Komolafe, representing Ifedore local government the Ondo State House of Assembly against two of our illustrious sons and communities leader across our local government who met with the Executive Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
It is indeed concerning that a supposed representative of the people could go on a blogsite to fan the embers of discord.
We condemn in its entirety the disparaging remarks. One would expect an elected representative of the great people of Ilara Mokin and IFEDORE local government at large to treat both the traditional institution and illustrious personalities, who had distinguished themselves in business and bringing positive impacts on the people with reverence and decorum. We would implore Mr Tope Komolafe not to conflate his political representation with having the monopoly of wisdom.
Instead of his misguided attempt at denigrating our accomplished sons, he should see them as their consultation with the Chief Executive of the State as part of their contribution to the advancement of Ilara Mokin and Ondo State at large.
