In line with his vision to assist the needy and the under privileged, a Chieftain of the APC, Hon. Olabanji Atanmuyide, has donated cash and food stuff to residents of Ward 7 in Akure South local government area of Ondo State.
The gesture, Hon. Olabanji described as a major step to mobilise support for the election of Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa and his Deputy, Dr Olayide Adelami in the forthcoming November 16, 2024 governorship election.
During the distribution, the APC chieftain said the package was carried out under the Olabanji Progressive Forum (OPF) and 500 residents and party members are benefitting.
Hon. Olabanji said, “like you all know that Governor Orimisan Aiyedatiwa and his Deputy, Dr Olayide Adelami, have been doing a lot to transform our Dear Ondo state and impact positively in Akure, my foundation (OPF) put in place this package to ameliorate challenges of our people.
“I want to assure our people that this type of palliatives will carry out time to time, we plead with them to vote for the APC and Governor Aiyedatiwa to sustain his laudable vision for this state,” Hon. Olabanji said.
