Market Women get empowerment as EAF celebrates Founder, Olabimpe Fapohunda’s Birthday in Ondo

——-Celebration combines empowerment and community support

The Endometriosis and Adenomyosis Foundation (EAF) has celebrated its founder, Mrs. Olabimpe Fapohunda, an illustrious daughter of Ondo Kingdom, in a joyful and colorful gathering at the foundation’s office in Ondo town. The event was filled with warmth, tributes, and appreciation for her relentless contributions in supporting women, young people, and the community.

In continuation of her commitment to empowerment, traders and market women in Ondo received cash support fully sponsored by her. The program was held at Moferere market, Ondo, where beneficiaries expressed joy and gratitude, and also at the residence of the late political and community leader, Chief Mrs. Cecilia Ifayase, in recognition of her lasting legacy of service. The empowerment added value to the celebration and gave hope to many families.

On behalf of the beneficiaries, the Iyaloja of Ondo Kingdom, Chief Mrs. Bukola Akinniyi, congratulated Olabimpe and prayed for her. She commended her for always remembering the market women and standing with them in meaningful ways that improve their welfare. Her words of appreciation reflected the collective gratitude of the beneficiaries.

The celebration stood as a clear reminder of the importance of compassion, generosity, and service to humanity.
